Samsung Upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5 Spotted with New Design

Samsung Upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5 Spotted with New Larger Cover Display, New Hinge Design and More

Almost one year after the release of the Galaxy Z Fold, there are rumors that Samsung is about to launch the next iteration of the foldable smartphone. This model will likely have several upgrades over the original device. These include a larger, more functional outer display, better cameras, and a more functional user interface. This new device will also come with a different hinge design.

A new hinge design may reduce the crease that occurs when the display folds inward. This is something that is keeping people away from foldable devices. However, a new design could reduce this crease while also making the seam between the displays less noticeable.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to have a 12MP front camera, a 50MP ISOCELL GN3 primary camera, and three rear image sensors. Samsung is also expected to use the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor for the new device. This processor should be able to support the new display. However, it will be powered by a hefty 3,700 milliamp hour battery.

Samsung's new foldable device will also have an under-display selfie camera. This will make taking selfies much less taxing. Samsung is also expected to have a new hinge design for the Galaxy Z Flip 5. This will allow the smartphone to have a more flexible cover display. The new device is expected to have a three-inch cover display, which is larger than the 1.9-inch display on the Galaxy Z Flip 4. This could be useful in elevating the user experience of the device.

According to a rumor, Samsung is preparing to redesign the hinge on the Galaxy Z Flip 5. This new design will allow the device to have a more flexible cover display. This will also allow Samsung to reduce the crease that occurs when the display is folded inward. A new hinge design may also reduce the crevasse that is located at the middle of the screen when it folds inward.

As with the original Galaxy Fold, Samsung has worked hard to improve the quality of its bendable devices. The company expects to sell at least 15 million foldable handsets in 2023. This target is well above its current target of eight million units. However, the company is also working to launch less bendable handsets in 2023 than it expects to sell in 2019.

With the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, the company made improvements to its foldable lineup. The new device has a larger, 6.7-inch main display that uses Dynamic AMOLED technology. This screen is also supported at angles of 75 degrees to 115 degrees. The device also has control buttons located on the lower part of the screen. In addition, the device has a 3-inch outer display, which is about 60 percent larger than the 1.9-inch display on its predecessor. The new device will likely be able to support a full range of apps, and will have an S Pen slot.
