POCO F5 Lunch Date, Specifications, Price & Features - Full Details

The Poco F5 has been revealed, and it looks to be the successor to the POCO F4 5G. It will have an AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also come with advanced fast charging support. It is expected to be available both in Indian and global variants.

As of now, the POCO F5's codename is "Mondrian." The phone has a 1440 x 2K AMOLED display, and it supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. These aren't the first specs, so expect the specs to change as the phone reaches the official announcement.

As far as the hardware goes, the POCO F5 has the same processor as its predecessors, but with some tweaks. It will have a 2K screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, which is standard among current flagships. The phone will also come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is very similar to the chipset used in the F4 and F3. However, POCO might have changed the design to accommodate this processor.

The POCO F5 is expected to arrive in the first quarter of 2023. The phone will have a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED screen. The previous version of the smartphone, the POCO F4, featured a Snapdragon 870 chipset. It is currently available only in China and is expected to launch later in other regions.

The Poco F5's Model number is 23013PC75G. It is expected to hit shelves worldwide in January 2023. Xiaomi is known to stick the Poco label on their Redmi K-series phones, so the F5 should help the company regain its footing in the affordable flagship market.

Previously, we heard about the POCO F4 leak, but we're not sure what the new POCO F5 will look like. This information came from Xiaomiui, a Chinese site that spotted the upcoming Redmi phone in the IMEI database. It's likely that the upcoming POCO phone is a rebranded Redmi K60.

As the IMEI number of the Poco F5 has been spotted in the IMEI database, it's believed that the new phone will debut in China in January 2023. Poco is yet to officially announce it, so it's best to take the rumors with a grain of salt.
