The company is also introducing a range of new products in the Indian market in the near future. It has over 120 dealerships in the country, and plans to open around 800 in the next 12 months. The Freedum will be in direct competition with the Hero iQ, Bajaj Chetak, and the TVS iQube. The company is also planning to launch a higher-powered model in the near future, which will cost around Rs. 70,000.

The Freedum electric scooter will be launched in four variants, starting with Low-Speed e-scooters for select markets and moving up to High-Speed, High-Range scooters with up to 250 km of range. Okaya also plans to launch 14 new products in the coming financial year, including a High-Speed Motorcycle and specialized B2B vehicles. Moreover, the company continues to expand its network and has added 120 dealers in the past two months.

The Freedum electric scooter has an indicator-mounted front apron, a flat-type seat, and a footboard. It also has LED headlamps and DRLs, and an adjustable front suspension. Its wheels are ten inches in diameter and are fitted with tubeless tyres. It also comes with a digital instrument console and a remote lock.

The company is making several different variants of its Freedum electric scooter for Indian consumers. The company also plans to release specialised B2B vehicles to cater to delivery-based businesses. The company will also launch an electric motorcycle in the future. The Freedum is priced at Rs 69,900 and is expected to cover a range of 250 kilometers.
